Important Payment Information
Late Fees
Payments received after the 10th day of the due month will incur a late fee of $25.
Payment Guidelines
- Payments are due on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July, October)
- Include your lot number or property address with all payments
- Allow 5-7 business days for mail delivery
- Keep a copy of your payment for your records
- Contact the Board immediately if you have payment questions or concerns

The Board reviews the annual assessment amount during Board meetings each year. Assessment amounts typically remain consistent unless material changes are needed.
Notification of Changes
If there are material changes to the assessment amount, homeowners will be notified by mail. This notification will include:
- Updated assessment amount
- Effective date of the change
- Quarterly payment schedule
- Payment instructions and mailing address
- Late fee information (if applicable)
