Important Payment Information
Late Fees
Payments received after the 10th day of the due month will incur a late fee of $25.
Payment Guidelines
- Payments are due on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July, October)
- Include your lot number or property address with all payments
- Allow 5-7 business days for mail delivery
- Keep a copy of your payment for your records
- Contact the Board immediately if you have payment questions or concerns

The Board sets the quarterly dues amount and may change it when needed. The Board can also add special assessments (one-time charges for specific projects or needs). Dues amounts typically stay the same unless the Board approves a change.
Notification of changes
If the quarterly dues amount changes or a special assessment is added, homeowners will be notified. Notification may include:
- Updated dues amount or special assessment details
- Effective date
- Quarterly payment schedule
- Payment instructions and mailing address
- Late fee information (if applicable)
